The frame can be anchored to the ground using the supplied ground plates and stakes. Each arch tube attaches to the heavy-duty steel base plate with high-strength bolts to form a solid foundation. If this shelter is to be used on a more permanent basis, bolting the base plates onto concrete piers or concrete slab is highly recommended.
The shelter can be built with basic handyman’s tools. We recommend:
A metric ratchet spanner set (2) or drill with socket set
A set of metric long sockets with drill adapter
Power drill(s) for the sockets makes it easier to tighten up each connection
Heavy duty mash hammer for the stake pegs
2 A frame ladders or a similar platform
